General Pricing

Generally our fees are based on time taken. Mr John Bayer’s hourly rate is £240 plus VAT (currently 20%). Fees can be influenced by the nature and value of the work carried out, urgency and the type of service required.

We are flexible in relation to our billing policy. We always seek to ensure that these are kept in proportion to the nature of the work being carried out. Some work can be undertaken on a fixed fee basis and this is explained further in the pages below.

The fee structures set out are guidelines only. Each person’s legal requirements and level of service that they are looking for can differ. Before agreeing fees we would always wish to discuss the detailed nature of the matter with the Client first.
